These terms govern your use of Data Genly, a service that generates synthetic (dummy) data. By creating an account you agree to them.
Data Genly is provided by Savvy Data Cloud Consulting, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (+971-50-130 6932, hello@datagenly.com, www.datagenly.com). "We" and "us" in these terms mean Savvy Data Cloud Consulting.
1. Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
2. What Data Genly provides
Data Genly generates artificial records from your descriptions and settings. Generated data is synthetic: it is not collected from real people, and any resemblance to a real person, company or account is coincidental.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- enter real personal or confidential data into your requests;
- present generated data as real, or use it to deceive, defraud or impersonate anyone;
- attempt to break, overload or bypass the security or usage limits of the service;
- resell access to the service without our written permission.
4. Your data and our rights
You own the datasets you generate and may use them for any lawful purpose. You give us the limited permission we need to store and process your requests, schemas and files to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Plans, payment and cancellation
- Free and paid plans have the limits shown on the Pricing page.
- Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Failed or cancelled generations don't count towards your usage.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
6. File retention
Generated files are kept for your plan's retention period and then deleted automatically. Download anything you need to keep.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Data Genly available but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve features; we'll tell you about significant changes that affect paid plans.
8. Liability
Data Genly is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using Data Genly at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
